A while back I read a post on Glow Steady called I Reviewed It, Do I Still Use It? that I've linked for you to read for yourself, I loved the post and thought about all the products that I've reviewed in the past. In this post, I will be going through some of the products I've reviewed and let you know if I'm still using them!

Soap & Glory Call Me Fruity Range

I reviewed some of the products back in September on the new scent that Soap & Glory brought out called Call Me Fruity, you can read my full review here. I was given three different products from the range, Bubble In Paradise Body Wash, The Way She Smoothes Body Lotion and Paradise Gloss Body Oil and I can honestly say that I still use all of these products some more than others. Now that the weather has really changed I need a bit of a reminder of summer in my life and these products do just that. I use the Body Wash and Lotion every day and the Body Oil I use to add an extra glow to my skin if I'm out for an evening. The scent is my favourite part about this range it just brings back summery vibes but the formula of these products are also great at keeping the skin smooth and soft which is also perfect for the colder weather.
If you have read my blog for a while you will know that I probably love all of the products brought out by Revolution especially this concealer that I reviewed back in August and you can read the full review here. I use this concealer for my under eyes every day and it has replaced my one of my old favourites. To use this product I only apply a small amount on my under eyes and mainly just use my fingers to blend it out and get a brightened, crease-free look. For the price of only £5 Revolution didn't scrimp on the quality of this product is better than some of the more higher priced concealers that I've used before.

Liquid eyeshadows are actually one of my favourite makeup products to actually use and that counts for this product, you can read my original review here. I don't use this product too often but when I do I love the look it gives. I usually wear these liquid eyeshadows when I'm going on a night out for the extra glitter and the product doesn't budge. I use these eyeshadows in two ways, Sometimes I use them on their own with just a bit transition shade in the crease and I'm done or I'll apply the liquid shadow as a base and apply a more glittery shade on top to act as a base. I will be getting more colours of these products as I really enjoy using them and they actually make applying eyeshadow simpler.

Back in July, I was sent another lovely package from Soap & Glory which included all of their Makeup Must Haves which included the Supercat Liner, Brow Archery D-I-Y Brow Bar, Sexy Mother Pucker XL Extreme-Plump and the Sexy Mother Pucker Matte Lipstick in Super Nude and out of those products in still using two products, view the full post here. The products I didn't end up keeping I've actually given to family and friends, The products I didn't end up using were the lip plumper just because I'm not really a fan of the tingling and The brow bar because the colour was too light for me. The products I'm still using from this are the Supercat liner which has always been a favourite of mine because it applies so easily and has the best black colour that doesn't fade and I still haven't found a better liquid liner and I also use the Lipstick, the colour of the lipstick is slightly too light for me but with a darker lip liner it looks  and wears great.

In my original post, I raved about this foundation which you can find here. Since then I have been using this foundation more and realised it might not exactly be the right product for my skin. Once applied it isn't a matte formula so my skin looks slightly shiny and even with powder I still think I look slightly shiny. Another reason I don't use this foundation too much now is that with my oily skin I feel like it the foundation actually wears away pretty quickly even with setting my skin with a translucent powder. There are still things I really like about this foundation is that it blends into the skin really easily and quickly. I will still wear this foundation sometimes and just apply it to the non-greasy areas of my skin like on my cheeks and forehead.

P.S Beauty Berry & Urban Palette

All the way back in March when I had only had my blog for a few months I reviewed two palettes from Primark that I stumbled upon, the Berry and Urban Palette, you can find the review here. Out of the two palettes, I tend to reach for the Berry palette more and its just because the shades are a lot more wearable. The shades in the Berry palette are a mixture of pinks and reds which are my favourite shades to use during the autumn. I still do go for the Urban palette from time to time when I'm wanting to do a more colourful look (I go through phases). For formula of the two palettes is actually really great for them being only £4 each, I will be trying out more palettes from Primark in the future.

Revolution Conceal & Define Concealer

I think you can probably see a pattern that when Revolution bring out a new product I usually pick it up and give a try, you can read my first review here. Everyone went a bit crazy about this concealer all over social media. I got this as soon as I saw all the good reviews and have been using it ever since and I have used up about 3 tubes so far and have brought other shades as well. I use this concealer on a daily basis to conceal my blemishes and any redness. The only thing I would say about this product is that it is a lot smaller and it can run out pretty quickly but Revolution listened to everyone and brought out a bigger version.

Pin For Later...

Overall most of the products that I have reviewed I have actually really enjoyed and still use to this day. Have you tried any of these products before?

  1. Amazing that you still use most of it! Such a shame that the Soap & Glory brow product wasn't your shade but at least you had someone to give it to. Thanks for the mention, glad you liked the post x

  2. I love posts like this, it’s nice to see if I product has a long lasting spot in someone’s routine or if it was just something that worked temporarily. I still need to try that Revolution concealer because everyone says it’s just like the Shape Tape from Tarte! I know the shape tape is kind of dry because of how full coverage it is, would you say this one has a dryer consistency?? xx

    1. I love reading reviews but it’s always nice to know if people are still using and enjoying them! I would definitely reccomend the Concealer, it is slightly drying but none more than other Concealers, the price also wins in for me! Xx

  3. I love the idea of this post, so interesting! Soap and glory products are always amazing, I haven't tried anything from that range but I can imagine it smells so good! I've heard really good things about the revolution concealers from other people, and seeing even more good things, really makes me want to make sure I pick one up when I go into Superdrug next :)
