Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition Flatlay

{Previously Gifted} A few months ago I did a post very similar to this one way back in November, Do I still use the product I reviewed?. I thought I would give this post another go but with a few of the products that I have been kindly gifted! Keep reading to see if I still use the products I reviewed.

Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition - PMD Clean

PMD Clean - Full Review Here

The PMD Clean is a facial cleansing devise that I received back in August and have truly been loving it since. Before I got this cleansing device I was researching so many different facial cleansing brushes because I was actually going to get one for myself but then the email arrived which gave me the chance to try out this product. With skincare being a passion of mine I always love being given the opportunity to test out new products and gadgets so I was extra excited that I could try out the PMD Clean. I actually now use this product every day and sometimes if I'm having a good morning I'll use this device twice a day for my morning and nighttime skincare routines. Since I have been using this product I have actually noticed a big difference in my skin, I feel like my skin is cleaner and because of this its actually become a lot clearer and less spotty! One thing I love most about this brush is the fact that its silicone which means it's ultra-hygienic and super easy to clean, this also means that you don't need to replace the head of the brush at all. Once you get over the initial tickle sensation from this cleansing device you will definitely love what it can do for your skin.

Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition - Soap & Glory

Soap & Glory The Fab Pore Range - Full Review Here

Last year I was lucky enough to be apart of the #babesofglory team and I was kindly sent a few of their new launches and one of the most recent launches was The Fab Pore Range, I was given the Foam Cleanser, Refining Sheet Mask and the Blot Right Now Blotting Sheets. Out of the products I've been given I'm still using the cleanser and the blotting sheets (I've literally just used the last sheet so this product lasts ages!). I used up the refining mask as soon as I got this set and just haven't repurchased it yet but the other two products I am still using to this day. The product I use the most is actually the foam cleanser, I have been using it a lot in my morning skincare routine. The cleanser has helped my skin become less congested and I have noticed a good difference in the size of my pores around my nose which is definitely my problem area. Even though this cleanser contains witch hazel it doesn't irritate or over sensitises my skin. The botting sheets are also a handbag staple, I carry it with me wherever I go to keep my oily nose at bay, all I do is blot the oily area with one of the sheets and it removes all of the oil in seconds and doesn't wipe away all my makeup! These products will always stay in my skincare collection.

Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition - Procoal

Procoal Activated Charcoal Scrub - Full Review Here

Another skincare product form an amazing brand. Procoal is a Britain based brand that ethically sources their ingredients and they do not test on animals and are cruelty-free! I got sent this scrub all the way back in April this year and I'm actually still using it on and off. Keeping a skincare product in my daily routine is hard because I do like to try out new things quite a lot but this product just seemed to stick. This isn't a product that I use every day because (a tip I would give to everyone) our skin doesn't need granulated exfoliators every day because they can be too harsh and can cause sensitivity. With my previous point in mind, this exfoliator isn't too rough or harsh for the skin and using it once a week is totally fine for the skin. I like to use this product to remove a lot of the dry skin and texture on my nose and around my forehead. After I use this priduct my skin feels a lot softer and smoother and with the added ingredient of charcoal, it helps to draw out bacteria and keep my problematic skin at bay.

Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition - DermaC+

DermaRollerSystems Derma Roller and Products - Full Review Here

This was a very interesting product that I was so excited to try out and review. Ever since becoming a beauty therapist and a skincare lover I always wanted to try out a Derma roller and give micro-needling a go because I have seen some amazing results from it. I spent 4 weeks reviewing this product and using it a few times a week and you can actually see from the progress photos in my original post that it really did give my skin some amazing improvements. This is a product that I do really enjoy and it did give me amazing results but only because of my own laziness I don't use this gadget as often as I should. My goal was to use this product around once a week which hasn't actually happened but when I decided to write this post it reminded me to start using the roller again and im actually really enjoying using it again and seeing how it can further improve my skin. When I received this roller I did also get a Serum with it which is the DermaC+ Anti-ageing serum, This product I did actually continue to use in my skincare routine as I felt like it really helped to improve the elasticity of my skin and the smoothness of it.

Do I Still Use The Products I Reviewed Gifted Edition - SGX NYC

SGX NYC Hair Care Products - Full Review Here

This was actually the first time on my blog that I had reviewed any hair care products so I was definitely excited by it. Haircare isn't actually my favourite part of the beauty industry but now that I'm finding more products that I really enjoy using I am now starting to love hair care. SGX NYC is a brand that was developed by an award-winning NYC hairstylist that delivers cutting-edge formulas that transform your hair. I was very kindly gifted three different products the Dry-Touch Volumising Shampoo, Under Control Finishing Spray and the Do-It-All 3-in-1 Texturizing Spray. Out of all three of these sprays, I actually have continued to use all of them really but the ones I use the most are the Dry-Touch volumising dry shampoo which is probably my favourite product out of the bunch. I love the dry shampoo because it is the only one I've used that doesn't turn my hair white when I spray it or make it feel overly sticky. The other product I have used a lot is the finishing spray, I use this product all the time when I wear my hair up to dame all of my flyaways.

  1. Ah, I was very lucky to be gifted a PMD Clean too and I LOVE it, it's been a total gamechanger for my skin, which has never been so clean, clear, and glowing. I haven't tried any of the other products you've reviewed but I'm intrigued by the Derma Roller and serum. Lovely round up, good to read you're still using everything too! Lisa x

  7. It is good that you still use some products that you receive. It goes both ways where if it doesn't work out for you, it's totally fine as well. You can never go wrong with charcoal! Thanks for sharing these faves! I still need to try out the roller.

  8. It's so great that you're genuinely still enjoying the vast majority of the products. And I can definitely relate that things never stay in my skincare routine long because I'm always switching it up or trying something new so I know I genuinely love something when I reach for it again. This post has reminded me that I should use my derma roller more often too! x

  9. I've never used any of the products before. But the derma roller has really caught my attention. I think I may try it. It's pretty great that you use so many of the products still. With so many new releases we sometimes move on very quickly from products and never get its full use

  10. I'm so behind in checking out the Soap & Glory Skincare range, I hear great things and it makes me more interested to try the products knowing you're still using them. One product that caught my attention was the silicone cleansing brush. I remember reading your review and the fact you're using it more now makes me really interesting in trying it out. I wanna the charcoal scrub but I'm not sure if they ship to the states🤔 Thanks for your honest reviews and sharing your experience with us Aaliyah!

  13. Such a great idea for a post. it is true that sometimes you get gifted so many products, you can not use them all. Because you can always use so many at once you know. The charcoal scrub sounds fab!

  14. This is a great follow up! I know that we all enjoy reading reviews about people's first thoughts, or even the first couple weeks, but too often I've loved something at first only to fall out of love over time or to start noticing flaws over time. Thank you for taking the time to go back and update us on all of these!
