Whats In My November Birchbox!

23 November 2019

I can't believe we are now officially in the last two months of the year. Christmas is literally just around the corner and the celebrations are already beginning. Now I only have two Birchboxes left for the year! In today's post, I'll be sharing with you everything I got in my November Birchbox!

Inc.redible Sparkle Like A Unicorn Illuminating Sheet Mask

When I first saw this packaging I instantly knew what it was, The sheet masks that have the funny picture on it and it actually looks pretty creepy when actually applied to the face. This mask is described to transform dull skin into glowing skin. The main ingredients in this mask are Vitamin B3. B6, Mulberry, Green Tea and Lemon Fruit extract which helps to tighten the enlarged pores, helps improve the appearance of fine lines and lifts dead skin cells. When I used this mask I must say that I didn't see miracles when I first used it but it did make my skin feel really smooth and soft. I do feel like some of these face masks are a little bit gimmicky but I do think that these would be a really fun little gift or a perfect stocking filler!

If you have been reading my blog for a while you will know that I've already used (and loved) this product before, I was very kindly sent a few products from the brand back in July. This product is a perfect all-rounder product for hair, it is a dry shampoo but also a hairspray so it keeps your hair nice and today in place but also soaks up any residual oils. I love to use this product on my hair whenever I know im going to be out for an evening and I need my hair looking styled with no flyaways all day or evening. I'm actually really glad that I got this product in this months box because it is the perfect size to put in my bag and top up with the product thought the day. Read my full review here!

Blancreme Blue Lagoon Exfoliating Show Gel

Body scrubs have always been a product that I don't use at much as probably should and in the winter my skin does suffer from it being extra dry so I need to use a scrub or exfoliator a lot more often. This product is a paraben-free formula which uses all-natural ingredients and it's all from France. This nourishing exfoliator sloughs away dead skin cells and smooths rough patches whilst also cleansing the skin. I have used this product a few times since getting my Birchbox and have been actually really loving it, this srub has an amazing citrus scent which I think is perfect for a morning shower to truely wake yourself up. This is a product that I would probably save and actually take away with me on my next holiday as I think it would be the perfect product to get rid of all the dry and dead skin.

Bodyography Lip Pencil in Timber

Adding a lip liner before I apply my lipstick is probably the one step of my makeup routine that I always seem to forget to do but when I saw the really pretty shade of this lip pencil it made me want to use it straight away. This pencil has a precise point and makes it easier than ever to frame, fill and define the lips, this is also the full-sized product that you get in this months box. This pencil is super creamy and contains coconut oil and vitamin E and the formula helps it to glide on smoothly just like a lipstick. The shade of this lipstick is really pretty and is the perfect deep nude shade which seems to go with a lot of different lipstick shades. I have also worn this liner a few times with just a clear gloss and it gives a really lovely look. Bodyography is also a brand that has an amazing ethos which is Beauty with a conscience so that means they create cruelty-free, paraben-free and sulphate-free formulas which makes it a perfect brand.

Lise Watier Rouge Gourmand in Prune

This was another brand that I have been introduced to while using Birchbox which is definitely one of the benefits of being subscribed to the subscription box. This lipstick is an ultra-comfortable formula which simultaneously hydrates, softens and plumps the lips. Again this is a product that you were able to pick what colour you wanted but again I was late and didn't get to pick. The colour I received is Prune which has a hint of a berry tone to it but it has a pearl finish which definitely isn't my favourite finish. I have tried this lipstick to see if I liked the formula and I actually did, it was very creamy and it kept my lips feeling hydrated. I wish I could try this lipstick in a different shade.

Pin For Later...

This month has been another good month for my Birchbox and if I didn't mention it earlier how cute is the packaging for November? Have you tried any of these products before?

  4. Love the lipstick color! I could wear that, which is something I cannot say for reds.

The theme for the box is well-timed. Everything in it reminds me of the show, even the lipstick, which is close enough to the color of Elsa's lips.

  12. That blue lagoon body scrub is something I want to try because my skin gets really dry in the winter too and exfoliating definitely does the trick! Plus, I can't skip out on the citrus scent, that's so nice in the shower, kinda like a glass of orange juice for the skin!🍊πŸ₯€πŸšΏπŸ§–πŸΎ‍♀️
