Empties posts are actually one of my favourites to put together and I also love reading other peoples because I’m slightly nosey and I always find a new product I want to try out! In today’s post, I’ll be sharing with you my latest product empties.

Coco & Eve Like A Virgin Hair Mask

Haircare is usually something that I'm not too experimental with, I usually use the same products that I've been using for years because I know that they work for me. Back a few months ago I got this hair mask in a Birchbox and had heard so many good things about it and I really wanted to give it a go. This hair mask became a favourite product of mine very quickly, my hair is naturally pretty frizzy and I have flyaways everywhere and this mask really helped to keep my hair looking sleek and smooth. Even though I only had a small sample size I got about six uses out of it and I have a lot of hair! This hair mask contains coconut oil to add shine and prevent breakages and essence of fig and Shea butter which works in harmony to moisturise and detangle the hair without weighing it down. This product is slightly more expensive than the other products in my hair routine but it works so well at making my hair look extra smooth that I would pay the extra money!

Repurchase? Yes definitely!

Pixi Glow Tonic

I think everyone has heard of Pixi Glow Tonic, it is a product that I have been using for months and have been so impressed by how much it helped my skin to improve. This Toner has been a lifesaver for my skin and it really helped to improve my problematic skin and I didn't have half as many breakouts that I did before using this Toner. Pixi Glow Tonic is a radiant revel Toner which is light and nourishing that helps to balance the skin's complexion. This product contains Glycolic Acid which helps to gently buff away dead skin cells and impurities which also refines the appearance of pores and stimulates cell renewal making this Toner perfect for nearly all skin types. This is a product that is definitely worth the hype and it's in a mid-range price meaning it's not totally affordable but it also isn't high-end pricing because it's £18 but you also get 250ml which lasts you ages!

Repurchase? It's already in my basket

Simple Eye Makeup Remover

Another skincare product but this time it's an affordable option. Simple eye makeup remover is a product that I have used for years on and off but it's a product that I need to have in my collection at all times. I used to use an old favourite of mine which was the Nivea Double Effect Remover but out of nowhere my eyes became really sensitive to it and would sting a lot after using it but as soon as I started to use this Remover my eyes didn't become sensitive to it at all. This eye makeup remover removes all traces of makeup even waterproof mascara without needing to rub at the eyes or pull at the skin which makes it the perfect product to use on even sensitive eyes or people who wear contact lenses. This product is also only £3.50 which makes it super affordable but also super effective.

Repurchase? I already have another one!

Balance Me PH Clarifying Mist

This is another product that I got from a Birchbox that I loved as soon as I tried it. I have always thought that face mists can be slightly gimmicky but this was until I tried this product. I get spots every now and again and I have tried so many different products that are supposed to help with problematic skin and some has worked like the products in my Problematic Skincare routine but then most haven't but this I definitely a product that works. I started using this product on my skin every day in my morning and evening routine and noticed my skin started to improve after a few days. Some of the ingredients in this mist include exfoliating PHAs with other antibacterial ingredients which helps to hydrate, tackle shine, minimise enlarged pores and calm blemish-prone skin. I only got a small sample size and it didn't last as long as I wanted but this is a product that I really think is work that the £18 price tag!

Repurchase? Going to finish up a few other skincare products first then I'll definitely be repurchasing!

Environ AVST 1 Moisturiser

Now I know that I have definitely mentioned this product before in quite a few posts like my Beauty Products Worth The Splurge and Problematic Skincare Routine. This moisturiser is a product that I have invested quite a bit of money in and while using it my skin definitely improved. This product helps to normalise the skin by stimulating collagen and elastic, balances sebum production and helps to improve uneven skin tone. The main ingredients in this moisturiser are Vitamin A which helps to speed up the skins healing process and prevent breakouts by supporting the skins immune system, Vitamin C which is an antioxidant which means it helps to protect the skin from free radicals and Vitamin E which is also an antioxidant and Vitamin E also is beneficial at reducing UV damage. I have tried many different moisturisers in the past but this is a product that I will always come back to because of how much I love the effect it has on my skin.

Percy & Reed Oh-So-Smooth Frizz Fixer

Hair products aren't always something that I get very excited about, I usually just stick with what I know and use the same products all the time until I started to use this product. My hair can be overly frizzy especially when its newly clean, I get frizz and flyaways everywhere and this was the perfect product for the job. This isn't a product that I would use a lot because my I usually just throw my hair up but when I'm going out and I want to wear my hair down then this is the product that I use. Whenever I use this product in my hair it doesn't make it look greasy or oily it just leaves a nice shine to my hair and makes it look sleek. This is a pricey product for my hair care routine but its something I will definitely consider repurchasing.

Repurchase? I think I will repurchase at some point but not right away.

  4. Ugh, I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE an 'empties' post!! People nowadays barely even finish the products they have before moving on to the next one (fast fashion has somehow trickled into fast beauty too now?!) So this is such a refreshing post to read!! Origins is one of my favourite skincare brands 😍 but I love how you've got a mix between drugstore and high end!
