[Ad - Affiliate Links] Cleanser is probably one of my favourite skincare products at the moment, it is a product that really helps to transform my skin and leave it feeling smooth and soft. I have a few holy grail cleansers that I love but I am always on the lookout for new products to try so that is why I was so excited to get the opportunity to try the NEW Liz Earle Cleanse & Glow Transforming Gel Cleaner! Liz Earle is a brand I have lusted over for years so this was a real treat to test out this product. In today's post, I'll be reviewing this new cleanser from Liz Earle.

In the evening I like to do a double cleanse just to make sure that I have removed all of my makeup so that my skin feels super clean and ready for more skincare. I have a few cleansers that are my favourite to use as a second cleanse like The Inkey List Salicylic Acid Cleanser and Selfless By Hyram Daily Gel Cleanser but for my first cleanse I usually use some sort of oil that I have on hand like my Simple Cleansing Oil but recently I have been on the lookout for something new to try out so this cleanser really came at just the right time!

This cleanser is something very different to what I've tried before and I love that because I've tried a lot of cleansers. This cleanser is described to melt away impurities to instantly brighten the skin and minimise the look of pores and I mean that sounds amazing right! This Cleanse & Glow Transforming Gel Cleanser has an amazing gel to milk formula that reveals glowing skin in just 30 seconds, for the best results from this cleanser you should massage the cleanser into your hands to reveal the oily to milky consistency and then apply it to the face, remove with warm water for glowy and smooth skin!

Key Features:

  • Melts away pollutants, excess oil, dirt, SPF and makeup
  • Minimises the appearance of pores
  • Leaves the skin looking luminous
  • Cruelty-Free and Leaping Bunny Certified
  • Suitable for all skin types

Ingredients:

  • Acerola Cherry which is rich in antioxidants, a single cherry can contain up to 80 times the vitamin C than an orange! This ingredient works to brighten the skin.
  • Orangic Black Bee Honey which is renowned for its soothing and balancing properties. It is naturally fermented to boost its active properties, this ingredient is used to balance out the skin.
  • Elderberry Oil that has a smoothing and nourishing texture that are rich in essential fatty acids to support the skin barrier.

First Impression

I have been using this cleanser for around 10 days now and I have to say that I am obsessed! It is unlike anything that I've tried before and it is making my skincare routine such a joy to do. When I first tried this product the first thing I noticed was the gorgeous smell that it had which was bergamot that I loved, I don't usually like products with a smell to them but this was very uplifting and fresh.

The consistency of this cleanser is so different but something that I now love, When you first squeeze it out of the tube it is a thick gel consistency but once you start to massage it into your hands it turns into more of an oil texture that's when I applied it to my skin straight on top of a full face of makeup and then I massaged it around my face. This is when I noticed the product becoming a lot thinner inconsistency and it began to feel more like a mildly cleaner before washing it off I added a small amount of water and this helped to fully transform the cleaner into a milk and this helped to fully remove all of my makeup. To remove the cleanser I used some warm water on some sponges and it was removed easily along with all of my makeup, this left my skin feeling amazingly smooth and soft.

I have now been using this cleanser twice a day in the morning and the evening and I am fully obsessed with this product. My skin feels amazing after using it and it really has made my skin look like it has a natural glow to it!
