Spring has finally arrived and that brings warmer days and brighter evenings (what could be better) and that also means that I change perfumes. I feel like perfumes definitely go with different seasons and now I'm excited to move away from the perfumes I wear throughout the winter and move to my spring scents. These three perfumes are my go-to scents to use thought out spring and I even bring one (or all three) of them with me on holiday, In today's post, I'll be sharing these perfumes with you all!

Sarah Jessica Parker Lovely

I am never usually a fan of celebrity perfumes (except Britney Spears Fantasy of course!) but I have always been a fan of Lovely and I now actually have two of these perfumes in my collection. This perfume is the perfect everyday scent that isn't too overpowering so you can wear it throughout the day and even at work. Whenever I smell this scent it makes me think about spring, it has a very fresh and delicate scent which makes it the perfect scent to wear this time of year. I love this scent for many reasons but one being that it's really light and doesn't have a harsh smell to it, I would mainly wear this perfume during the day and if I'm going out in the evening I would probably opt for a stronger scent but for the everyday perfume, this is perfect. This is the perfume that I take on holiday with me because it isn't too expensive so if I lose it or it gets broken it doesn't hurt my purse to buy another and I do this is also the perfect holiday scent, light and sweet.

Notes:
  • Top Notes: Lavender, Mandarin Orange, Bergamot, Martini and Palisander Rosewood
  • Middle Notes: Patchouli, Orchid and Naricussus
  • Base Notes: Musk, Woody Notes, Cedar and White Amber

Jean Paul Gaultier Classique

This perfume is probably one of my all-time favourites and if you have been reading my blog for a while you will know I've mentioned it a few times. I have tried a few different versions of this perfume but I always end up going back to the original because it is definitely my favourite out of them all. This perfume has a floral scent to it but it isn't too overpowering which I love. I would definitely say this perfume is more of an evening scent but I do wear it during the day sometimes if I'm going somewhere nice and want to dress up a little. I have a full size of this perfume but I also keep some samples of it that I stash in my bag so I can reapply whenever I need and it's perfect for travelling. Whenever I wear this perfume I always get compliments on it and people ask what I'm wearing so that's always a plus. If you're wanting a scent that is a little bolder but also sweet at the same time, this is definitely the perfume for you.

Notes:
  • Top Notes: Orange Blossom, Star Anise, Rose, Mandarin Orange, Pear and Bergamot
  • Middle Notes: Ylang-ylang, Ginger, Orchid, Iris, Tuberose and Plum
  • Base Notes: Vanilla, Amber, Musk, Cinnamon and Sandalwood

Philosophy Pure Grace Nude Rose

This is a perfume that I never expected to try, Im not usually a fan of heavily rose scented things but this perfume it is lovely. The rose scent in this perfume is very light and delicate and it instantly reminds me of spring. One way I would describe this perfume would be fresh and clean but in a floral way (if that makes sense), this is another perfume that I would mainly wear during the day and maybe change to my Jean Paul Gaultier perfume for the evening. Along with a floral scent, it also has citrus notes which I think helps the Rosey floral scent not be too overpowering and for it to be very delicate and perfect for spring. I have a small deluxe sample size of this perfume and have been loving it so I'm definitely going to be purchasing the full size of this perfume and keep the smaller one to chuck in my bag to reapply thought the day!

Notes:
  • Top Notes: Green Notes and Dew Drops
  • Middle Notes: Rose Petals, Neroli and Orange Blossom
  • Base Notes: Musk and Cedar

Kayali Musk 12 & Vanilla 28 Rollerbll Duo

I know that technically this is two scents but it's in one product so I thought it put them both together. This is the first product that I've tried from Kayali and I'm definitely not disappointed. I have seen so much from Kayali on Instagram and I was always curious about it but didn't know which scent to go for so I started off with this two in one rollerball with two scents on it. Both of these perfumes are actually amazing and I love having this product on me thought-out the day, I mainly use the vanilla scent during the day and then use the Musk scent in the evening. This product is perfect for travelling and I will definitely be adding this to my hand luggage bag for my holiday in June! The vanilla scent is a gorgeous perfume that I can only describe as creamy and delicious which I love to wear during the day and Musk is a stronger sexier scent that's perfect for spring evenings.

Vanilla Notes:
  • Top Notes: Vanilla Orchid and Jasmine
  • Middle Notes: Brown Sugar and Tonka Bean
  • Base Notes: Amber, Musk, Amberwood & Patchouli
Musk Notes:
  • Top Notes: Freesia and Lotus
  • Middle Notes: Musk and Jasmine
  • Base Notes: Vanilla and Sandalwood

  1. A few years when I found about the celebrities doing their own product in the beauty industry and my friend got one. These are interesting suggestions and will share it with my friend.

  2. Girrrrrl! I wish. Many perfumes and colognes trigger my sinuses. All I do is use deodorant that smells really low and keep it moving. I would've loved using perfumes!

  4. Thank you for sharing these perfumes. I can be sensitive to some perfumes so I ware them sparingly. I am, however, looking for a new signature scent. You have my interest with the vanilla rollerball, and I am also drawn to fresh, clean with a light floral or citrus touch. I haven't even started to look yet, but you have me inspired.
