I'm finally back! I had a little unplanned break from my blog but now I'm back with a Cult Beauty Haul for you. It was my birthday last week so I thought I'd treat myself to a few new products that I've been eying for a while. In today's post, I'll be sharing with you all the goodies I got from Cult Beauty!

COSRX Clear Fit Master Patch

I have wanted pimple patches for so long! I have tried different brands in the past and they worked but I am always on the lookout for something new to try. I have heard so many good things about the COSRX patches and thought I would give them a try. These pimple patches are an easy and quick way to shrink blemishes throughout the day. One of the main ingredients in these patches is Hydrocolloid which effectively absorbs excess sebum which can cause further breakouts. These patches are very satisfying to wear,  you put them on and then a few hours later when they look ready you peel them off and you can see all of the impurities that these patches has drawn out of the spot. Using these patches helps to stop me from picking at my face and causing more spots to appear because of the spread of bacteria. Another thing that I think is really great about these patches is that they are really affordable at only £5.40 for 18 patches! Everyone who gets spots needs to try these.

The Inkey List Kaolin Mask

Since being on my blogging break I have been a little lazy with my skincare routine and now my skin is suffering from annoying breakouts. I have quite a few masks in my collection but not anything that is targeted toward removing oil from my skin. When I was doing my skincare routine religiously the oiliness in my skin improved so much but since I've been slacking it has returned to being oily again so I wanted to get this mask to help to reduce oiliness and get my skin back to normality. This mask is described to be gentle but also effective at absorbing excess oil and removing toxins from the surface of the skin. Another great thing about this mask is that it has a non-drying formula which I love and the kaolin in this mask draws out impurities and toxins from the skin while also absorbing excess oil and unclogging the pores which will help to reduce the appearance of breakouts. Since getting this product I have used it once and have to say I am loving it so far, it's such an easy product to use but also made my skin feel amazing after only using it once, I'm looking forward to seeing more results from using this mask!

CeraVe Blemish Control Gel Moisturiser

CeraVe is a brand that I have heard so many good things about but never tried anything until now. Before this, I was using The Inkey List Omega Water Cream moisturiser which I do really like for my morning routine but I was on the lookout for a new product that would help with my breakouts a bit more and a product that I can use in my evening routine. This moisturiser can be used all over the face or on targetted areas and is fast absorbing with the added ingredient of 2% salicylic acid to banish blemishes and control oil, it also contains lactic and glycolic acid which helps to refine the skin's texture and unclog pores. Any product that helps to improve blemishes is a winner for me! even on my best skin days I still get the odd spot here and there so a product like this would be perfect for me all year round. I have used this moisturiser a few times and so far so good, I haven't seen miracles yet but products like these take time to work so Im looking forward to seeing more results.

LYS Beauty Higher Standard Satin Matte Cream Blush

This is probably the product that I was the most excited to order, I have recently been going through a cream blush phase and as soon as I saw this blush on the Cult Beauty website I had to order it! I have never heard of LYS Beauty before but looking at the reviews everyone seems to rave about this product so it looked like it would be something that I would love. Choosing a shade was hard because all of the ones available were so pretty and I wanted all of them! The shade I went for is a gorgeous rosy mauve shade which is similar to other blush shades that I have already but I find this colour suits my skintone really well. When this product arrived I was so surprised by how much product you get, the packaging is really cute with its rose gold outer packing in the shape of a triangle. So far I am loving this blush and now I want to try everything from LYS Beauty.

Pin For Later...

  3. I’m very curious about the cream blush and to be honest about cream blushes in general. I’ve never tried them but they look amazing and somewhat more subtle than powders. I might give this one a try soon, so thanks!
