While sitting at home thinking of what blog posts to schedule for the upcoming month I thought that I would finally do another Brand Favourites post and this time it will be for L'Oreal. Back when I started my collection L'Oreal was one of the first brands that I was obsessed with and had a collection of products that I loved. I have tried a few different products from the brand before, like their BB Creams and new Highlighters that I loved and that’s why I was so excited to get an email to try out a few more of their tanning products and a brand new product that they have just released!

Since the Lockdown has started I have probably worn makeup twice and I thought that it would do my skin wonders but I think it's actually done the opposite, it has become dry and problematic. Since I've had a lot of time on my hands I have found 4 different face masks for dry skin that have been working wonders for me. Since the country has gone into lockdown I have had to stop working at the beauty salon which means a lot of my clients are having to do their own nails until we can open again. Liquid eyeliner is one of my favourite makeup products and I have been wearing it most days for as long as I can remember. So we are now officially on the 3rd Birchbox of the year. Am I the only one that thinks this year is flying by. March means the end of the early evenings and the start of the sun being out until 9 which is my favourite time of the year. The theme of this months box is Icons which was to mark International Women's Day which was this month! In today's post, I'll be sharing with you all of the goodies I got in this months box.

Now that it is officially January 2020 and a new decade I have decided to finally declutter my makeup collection and I'm starting with my eyeshadow palettes. Palettes are the one makeup product that I don't think you can have enough of but in my case, I have decided to let a few of them go to a new home where they can be used and loved. While having an annual cleanout of my makeup drawers I discovered that a few products that I still have in my collection are now discontinued. I don't really know why brands discontinue certain products but it truly breaks my heart when its a product that I love. 2019 was officially my second year of having Beauty Obsessed and I think that I finally found my feet in 2019.
